You shouldn't be called a pervert just because you find someone physically attractive. That's just human nature.
In a way being a pervert isn't soley thinking about wanting to have sex with someone. But the term perverted can also be described as "greatly desired" or "To desire greatly" We especially can't call someone a pervert, just because they want something badly.
